Skills
- Familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts, etc.).
- Familiar with IT Security technologies, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze data and information with a detailed understanding of regulatory requirements that impact the retail industry, as well as security frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and personal accountability when working with sensitive and restricted data
- Good knowledge of e-Commerce IT ecosystem from both a business and a technical standpoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, leadership, and design thinking skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications/education :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or a related field
- Master's degree in the same field is preferred
- Professional cybersecurity relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and/or working knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD are considered a plus.
Minimum experience :
- 5+ years of experience in e-Commerce Grocery with experience in IT IAM field supporting services underneath and related field
- Preferably 2+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry
Technical requirements :
- IAM Governance: Understanding of governance frameworks and best practices for IAM such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Access Management: Knowledge of access control mechanisms such as Access Management Systems (AMS), Identity Providers (IDPs), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Understanding of identity lifecycle management processes, such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access recertification.
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Familiarity with data classification and risk management practices.
- Technical Architecture: Understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
- System Integration: Experience integrating IAM solutions with existing applications and infrastructure, including directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and third-party applications.
