EPR Services on Amazon aims to dramatically transform the way Sellers can fulfil their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance obligations in the EU, in order to keep selling on Amazon. EPR is an environmental policy that makes Sellers who first places a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life.
As a Product Ops Manager on the team, you will lead high-impact product features and programs across EPR product and partner teams to drive strategic initiatives on behalf of our Sellers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, passionate about data and Seller Experience, and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills. Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with product team and key stakeholders to own key features and processes for improving Eco-contribution declaration and compliance goals.
- Actively seek ways to improve product related process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders

- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
