Product Operation Specialist

Job description

Rresponsibilities:
Responsible for the user relationship operation and contents translation of our brand, websites, and Android mobile Apps. Your job will be but not limited to:
1. Monitor, collect and analyze users' comment and feedback. Reply to users to establish the good brand, and collect the feedback to our developers for product improvement
2. Translate and write contents about product description, product language file, reviews, news, etc
3. Test mobile apps and give suggestions to optimize and localize products.
Requirements:
1. Having experiences on mobile App promotion and marketing will be a plus
2. Ability to think critically, analyze data and turn analysis into actionable programs
3. Open minded. Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibilities
4. Strong attention to details and strive for excellence. Able to manage multiple project, work under pressure and produce results
