Minimum 5 years of experience in Bank/NBFC in a Product Manager role
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Asset/Lending Products (PL/BL)
- Experience in execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the BFSI Lending Space
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, compliance, risk etc. to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives
- Adept in regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance and mitigation of risk
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved
- Develop, implement, and maintain implementation timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to market plans
- Experience in preparation of Audit/Compliance reports in line with RBI regulations
- Experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data interpretation & analysis
