Your Role:
- Meet material performance all categories, incl. P2P/NCP, Design Optimization, Inbound Logistics, Mtl. Utilization etc. for JP/KR/SG/IND businesses.
- Execute SCM Product Development Process (PDP) program management to meet flawless launch objectives (Quality, Operating Income & Revenue)
- Support country business pursuits targets and make sure BOM is competitive at pursuit, PDP and mass production phases.
- Assure on-going operational excellence of purchased material within Product Line for the life of the program (quality, delivery).
- Support the country Growth Strategy and align with category/SQ&D on supplier development strategy.
- Ensure program profitability by supporting customer quoting process and acting as material champion in support of winning new business.
- Support Manufacturing footprint through Best Cost Country (BCC), In region-for-region and VOI etc.
Your Background:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar qualification
- More than 10 years of experience in Global Supply Management with internationally operating corporations, including over 2 years of supervisor/management role.
- Extensive knowledge of global electronics and mechatronics supplier base and manufacturing processes for Automotive applications
- Ability to manage supplier relationships with absolutes of ethics and integrity, and experience in working "up front" with suppliers to ensure superior material performance
- Proficiency in business finance to support business decisions
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to cope with demanding environment and conflict resolution
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office programs
