Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, define product specifications, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.

  Support the product management team in conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.

  Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development process.

  Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality and usability.

  Participate in product launch activities, including creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.

  Track and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.

  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and ensure our products remain competitive.

  Support the product management team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree from a top college/university, preferably in a technology-related field or business with a strong technical aptitude.
