AddressProduct Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze app-related data to understand user interactions, app usage patterns, feature adoption, and user journeys.
- Identify opportunities and trends within app data to recommend product improvements, feature enhancements, and user experience optimizations.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track app performance metrics, including user retention, engagement, conversion rates, and in-app behavior.
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests, analyze results, and provide insights to guide product development decisions.
- Utilize data segmentation techniques to identify user cohorts and provide insights for targeted feature development and marketing strategies.
- Create compelling visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the mobile app or software product domain.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), experience with app analytics platforms (Firebase, Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of mobile app product lifecycle, app metrics, and user behavior analytics.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, or UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
