Job Description :

Spend analytics

• Develop & run spend analytics for all categories on a monthly basis (top SKUs & their spend, supplier-wise spend, plant-wise spend etc.)
• Coordinate with purchase team to implement spend analytics insights (across technical, commercial and process levers)
• L1 share maximization analysis on monthly basis

Index tracking

• Commodity, FX tracking, cross-currency
• Import data tracking

Should-be costing

• Develop should-be cost sheets for all categories – refresh existing sheets monthly and build the should-be cost sheets for other categories/SKUs
• Benchmark rates/conversions across suppliers
• Coordinate with BU Purchase & Commodity teams to identify and develop vendors and timely finalization of costing for all categories
• Coordinate with Commodity team to execute costing and implementation of spend analytics insight
• Develop zero base costing for all categories

Others

• Publish monthly MIS for Procurement (across various KPIs, including savings)
• Publish governance related metrics
• Reconciling finished goods inventories
• Actively participate in weekly cost PMOs:
• Driving cost savings through various levers (co-owned with the procurement team)
• % of spend under cost sheets
• % of commodity spend tracked against commodity index

Qualification and Skills

• MBA from reputed institution Statistical data analysis
• Operational analysis, Problem solving, Cost accounting.
• Good written & verbal communications skills
• Good technology skills
