What You Will Be Doing As a Process Trainer at Multrix, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our teams success. Requirements As a BPO Process Trainer, you should carry the following qualities: - Experience: Prior experience in a BPO environment and training is highly preferred. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Empathy: A genuine understanding of learners needs and challenges. - Adaptability: The ability to adjust training methods to cater to different learning styles. - Patience: Patience is key when working with learners at various skill levels. - Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in training materials and documentation. - Education: A bachelors degree is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to education and development.
