Job Description
Responsiblefor driving quality initiatives and Black belt projects for Wipro /Client Accounts.
- Drivebenchmarking and best practices deployment across Data management andreporting accounts.
- Understandpotential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate anyCSAT risks.
- Workclosely with customers and operations leadership team to identifyimprovement opportunities and drive them to closure.
- Driveprojects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.
- Drive aculture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean andKaizen on the process floors.
- Drivestandardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance ininternal and client defined processes.
- Ensure allprocess metrics are met.
