About Business line/Function:
Client Engagement and Protection IT (CEP IT) encompasses applications for Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC, Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, Shared Services Center, PreTrade Transaction Screening and Anti-Money Laundering and global HT Functions. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to on-board candidate with good analytical, learning skills and eye for detail.
Hired candidate would be part of the CIO Office and Governance team and their main area of work would be APM i.e. Application Portfolio management; below is concise summary of position
o Monitor and upgrade data in referential system for Application Portfolio of CEP IT. Have a view on data quality in reporting systems, do necessary cleanup and propose improvements. Generate reports, identify and correct any discrepancies / anomalies. Take long term measures to fix data quality issues.
o Coordinate to implement Archer GCP Program across CEP IT cluster.
o Ensure effective deployment of ITGV6 procedure across CEP IT cluster.
CIO office provide support in the alignment of the CEP IT to the IT Group & CIB IT Governance principles.
Responsibilities
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
APM/ Application Portfolio - Monitoring & upgrading of data in referential -
o Co-ordination with APM & Golden APP team covering CEP IT Portfolio Management for CEP IT assets
o Co-ordination of CEP IT updates/additions
o Resolution of ad hoc queries & inventory issues
o Assisting the migration to GA for CEP IT Assets & the introduction of new structures (Delegated Clusters)
o Attending APM/GA meetings
IT Risks – Control plan (Archer GCP programme)
o Co-ordination of Archer controls across all CEP IT activities & contribution of the collection of CEP IT evidence
o Liaison with OPC for all CEP IT evidence and gap analysis
o Creation of plans to address the agreed gaps
o Monitoring of remediation actions
ITGv6 Procedures deployment
o Co-ordination between CIB Domains/Regions/Group functions and CEP IT functions
o ITG v6.0 Steer Co preparation for CEP IT material
o Creation of all CEP IT reporting/documentation/dashboards
o Recommendations and action plans for all gaps
CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES
