Form of workJob Description AVASO is looking to hire a Process Specialist to join our Process And Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining high-level and detailed business requirements, and designing, and implementing processes and procedures based on the analysis of business needs. Core Duties and Responsibilities · Developing, documenting, and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve efficiency and productivity in a specific area · Conducting audits of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement · Developing or modifying policies, procedures, and protocols for new or existing programs · Training and education on new or updated processes to ensure effective implementation · Analyzing data to identify trends or suggest improvements to processes · Coordinating with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date · Communicating process changes to all affected parties such as customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, etc. · Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and standardization of business processes and workflows · Ensuring that all regulations are followed and reporting any violations to management Position Requirements: · University degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or equivalent work experience. · Minimum of 12 years' work experience in business analysis, process management, or related field. · Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders of various levels within the organization · Proven history of delivering change that drives business strategy by leveraging data to understand the impacts of trends and insights on business operations · Evidence of well-defined, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills · Ability to enhance ways of working or apply critical thinking to execute best practices · Ability to recommend possible approaches to reach the determined goal · Ability to work within a team environment and proactively propose ideas · Demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to function effectively in a fluid, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
