Overview / Responsibilities:Data Protection Office is looking for an organized and proactive individual who has data privacy knowledge and passion to become our Data Privacy Analyst and Advisor. The position will report into the Group Privacy Officer, whilst working closely with the wider data protection team to ensure the execution of the company’s data protection strategy.They will also be responsible for generally supporting ongoing activities of the DPO Team including.• Assist in the issue and completion of processing security assessments and data protection impact assessments• Coordinate responses to queries from Worley client groups in the privacy team mailbox• Help with incident investigations and responses• Participate in Worley’s response to Data Subject Access and Rights requests• Prepare data protection communications and training plans as required• Support the Data Privacy Team members as directed• Collaborate with wider Worley functions in the implementation of new data protection laws across jurisdictions where Worley has a presence.


Skills / Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree level/Qualified lawyer/Experienced IT Security/Compliance professionalKnowledge, skills, and experience:• Working knowledge of data privacy including the General Data Protection Regulation• At least 1 year’s post qualification experience preferably within a data privacy multinational company• Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and accustomed to self-teaching on other IT systems.• Strong organisational skills and able to meet deadlines and contribute high quality, relevant materialsPersonal attributes:• Solutions orientated and problem solver• Self-motivated, resilient team player who can motivate others and proactively move tasks forward• Flexible thinker who can adapt as required• Strong communicator, both written and verbal• Good attention to detail whilst maintaining an appreciation of the broader picture• Ability to work as part of a team that serves the whole of Worley• Ability to self-direct own work tasks and meet agreed deadlines
