Description:
The Mission of this Role: As a Principal Software Engineer (Business Solutions), you will harness the power of cutting-edge technologies and innovative problem-solving to architect, develop, and optimize robust internal web applications and services. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of driving new feature development, elevating our overall architecture, and delivering best-in-class user experience. Your commitment to user satisfaction and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications will be key to our digital transformation journey.

Key Accountabilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize robust internal web applications and services.
• Enhance backend and front-end capabilities: drive new feature development and elevate overall architecture.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align on and document application requirements.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Learn new skills and technologies as newer versions of tools and programming languages required for the job are released into the market.

Key Experience Required

• At least 8-10 years of professional experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• At least 8-10 years of experience with web development frameworks like Vue, React, and/or Angular.
• Detail-oriented, can identify and fix own bugs, and write quality code that runs efficiently
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/C#, HTML, CSS.
• Significant experience in SQL database design and optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and GitLab for version control.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Strong focus on user satisfaction and delivering the best-in-class user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Practical experience developing REST APIs.
• Comprehensive understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Experience with Dapper and Entity Framework Core is beneficial.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications is advantageous.
• Enjoy working in a team that follows agile practices and code reviews and CI/CD
