The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
1. Experience as a software architect, in designing a scalable, decoupled, platform agnostic solution.
2. Experience in programming languages like C#, and JavaScript and framework like .Net core (5) and .Net core 3.1
3. Sound knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Angular
4. Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture (MSA) and patterns to build scalable modules using Docker, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and Kafka
5. Good knowledge of cloud hyper scaler either Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is essential.
6. Must have prior experience of collaborating with clients in requirements discussion, architecture discussion and design discussions and should be independently able to lead these discussions.
7. Candidate should be fluent in agile delivery model with experience in working with any of the agile product management tool, preferably Azure Boards
8. Knowledge of DevOps technologies (CI/CD pipelines - Azure DevOps) and GIT as source code repositories, should have experience in product versioning.
9. Experience of creating responses to customer requests for information and proposals is highly desirable.
10. Project experience of working in Database design with MSSQL, My SQL and Mongo DB would be highly desirable.
11. Ability to make and effectively communicate decisions. The candidate should know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.
12. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to be able communicate in a global team and with global clients.
