AddressThe Pricing Analystwill be a key business analyst and partner with responsibility for regular and ad hoc reporting focused on driving financial and operational performance, efficiency, and cost management. This person will participate in and help drive weekly and monthly reporting, KPI tracking, report building, and ad hoc projects to inform the business on operational and financial performance. We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable diving into large data sets.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage job bid data and metrics for analysis against actual results to drive a better understanding of revenue and gross profit performance.
- Review job cost estimators to verify required information is provided by the sales and operations teams and suggest updates to the bid model to improve compliance and accuracy.
- Work with finance team to analyze current and past trends to understand where we are over or under performing against industry peers on revenue or cost metrics.
- Help drive timely and accurate Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting, as well as drive actionable operational reporting leveraging the data team, and our reporting and dashboarding tools.
- Work with the Data Analytics team to drive process automation, report and dashboard building and maintenance for better operational insight.
- Learn and master data and reporting systems and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
- Help prepare financial presentations for finance and division leadership.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Finance or Finance-related roles
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
- Strong Excel skills, including analysis and modeling with large data sets. Experience with pivot tables and nested formulas (must have)
- Power BI and Salesforce experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite. Experience with similar ERP systems in helpful. (preferred)
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Can intuitively break down complicated problems into simple process steps.
- Must be a solution-oriented self-starter with a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
