What's this role about?
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services.
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Directly support Microsoft 365 services in an Azure-hosted solution.
- Resolve escalated support tickets and requests.
- Provide Level II support for Exchange Online and Teams.
- Assist with large-scale infrastructure migrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar support role.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 related services and experience is a must.
- Proofpoint experience is a plus.
- Expert understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
- Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in this field are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
- Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Experience using ServiceNow is a plus.
