Location:

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and New Delhi. We welcome you to work in any of our offices, but you also have the opportunity to work from home.

About the role:

TMB is looking for a Post-Production Asset Coordinator. The role will be responsible for managing the post-production processes for image and video stills, including applying meta data, cropping images, and uploading assets to the appropriate DAM.

About you:

You are a detail-oriented person with a background in asset management and archiving. You have experience managing asset meta data and archiving assets to DAMs while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you have strong communication skills and an interest in supporting production and content creation teams.

Your day-day: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Manage the post-production process for images and video stills created within the TMB Studio
  • Ensure images are named properly according to established file naming conventions
  • Identify and embed appropriate keywords and meta data within each image processed using Adobe Bridge
  • Manage simple image manipulation including cropping, resizing, resolution and file type conversions
  • Upload images and apply image rights to Woodwing Assets and to the Recipe Management System
  • Create collections in Woodwing Assets to assist end users in identifying newly created assets
  • Update records in AirTable when the post-production process is completed, and assets are uploaded
  • Adhere to “Best Practices” to accurately tag and archive assets
  • Support Production Services team with additional production tasks as needed

You have: (aka Qualifications)

  • Intermediate Adobe Photoshop experience; experience with droplets and actions desired
  • Experienced in Adobe Bridge, specifically applying and updating image meta data
  • Familiarity with asset management systems desired
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines

About this team:

This is a new team which will be supporting the Production Services team by managing the meta data, image archiving and image manipulation of images created in the TMB Studio.
