Plant Planner
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts while optimizing resource utilization.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess or shortages while ensuring product quality and safety.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution teams to ensure a seamless flow of products through the supply chain.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production and supply chain.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze production and inventory reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and risks.
- BOM (New Product)- Update in HANA.
- SAP PP Module: Able to work in SAP PP module.
- Agrochemical Field Experience: This is required to understand the molecule and its category integral part to plan
- MS Excel : Having Good knowledge of Excel. (Basic requirement of the position)
- Soft Skill : Mandatory 1. Leadership, Communication, (Written and Verbal)
