Job description

1- Manage all HR functions within the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
2- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the plant's needs and aligned with company objectives.
3- Coordinate with corporate HR to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4- Oversee the recruitment process for plant-specific roles, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
5- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
6- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide support to supervisors and managers in conducting performance evaluations.
7- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and other statutory requirements applicable to the plant's operations.
8- Collaborate with plant management to identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
9- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required by management and regulatory agencies.
