Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bottling Plant Head at Sarao Distillery, located in Patiala. The Bottling Plant Head will be responsible for managing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Strong knowledge in Quality Control, Budgeting, and Production Planning
- Experience working in spirit manufacturing industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any equivalent course
- At least 5 years of experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
