GRIN for RM and Receipt note + bills for consumable ( Purchase Expenses) Register
Stock Management (Stock as per Tally should match physical)
Logistics or Transporters Bills entry in tally.
Maintain Records of Purchase Bills, Gate Passes and PF or Administrative records.
Environment reports and registers
Workers records - Correct the same
Make actionable insights how to save fuel consumption, monitor temperature control and improve yield, reduce heat batch time, improve safety, reduce heat loss, reduce electricity consumption.
Ensure Preventive Maintenance.
Implement - the Bar Code System in our company
Implement - ISO or the Toyota Way i.e. TPS i.e Toyata Production System i.e. increased Visuals in front of person where action is going on.
