Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly reassess patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Providing Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-management to facilitate long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborating with Healthcare Team: Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
