Job Summary: As a PHP Web Developer at Alphanova, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web portals and web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement website features and functionality.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony) is a plus.
- Proficiency in database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Good understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
