**Job Title: Wedding Photo Editor**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Wedding Photo Editor to join our team. As a Wedding Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing, retouching, and editing wedding photographs to ensure they meet our clients' expectations and uphold our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Edit and retouch wedding photographs to enhance their overall quality, including color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and composition improvement.

2. Ensure consistency in style and tone across all edited images, maintaining the unique aesthetic of our brand.

3. Collaborate closely with photographers to understand their vision and requirements for each project.

4. Manage a high volume of images efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skills and workflow efficiency.

6. Provide feedback and guidance to photographers to optimize image quality during the shooting process.

7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific preferences and make necessary adjustments to the edited images.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably with a focus on wedding photography.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant editing software.

3. Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and retouching techniques.

4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

7. A portfolio showcasing previous wedding photo editing work is highly desirable.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
