Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located at our Chandigarh, India location. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and analyzing skills and experience to choose the best fit for our open positions. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, referencing, and evaluating potential candidates.
The candidate should be familiar with using portals like Naukri.com, , monster.com and other similar portals. Also the candidate should have excellent communication skills & evaluation Skills.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to work with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify qualified candidates
- Experience in screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with online recruiting tools and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi
