Job Overview
We are hiring a PGT Maths for Podar International School (PIS) Karad. This is a full-time position based in Karad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching Maths at the secondary level. As a PGT Maths, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students and fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Maths teacher
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.)
- Master's degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Maths)
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (TGT/PGT)
- Excellent knowledge of the subject matter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to secondary students
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and techniques to enhance student learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve academic goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and performance
