PF Security (Fire)

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• He should be efficient of maintaining of all types of firefighting equipment, hydrant lines, Hydrant pump & handling of fire tenders and its staff.
• Efficient in firefighting and attending fire emergencies within a short time.
• Legal knowledge about fire aspects and capability to maintain fire documentation.
• Proficiency in security management and emergency handling.
• Having experience in security management and fire risk management and familiar with the duties of security such as materials handling/visitor management, truck management etc
•  Working knowledge of SAP and able to raise PRs and MR and Dealing with materials gate pass etc. 
• Able to formulate Fire SoPs and its implementation.
• Able to manage security duties in shift if required.
• Timely conducting FRM meetings.
• Responsible for fire risk management of entire colony and plant.

 

Job Specification:

• Competent of handling fire eqpt and maintenance skills routine working Knowledge of SAP to procure fire appliances maintenance material & maintain Security Documentation.
• Entry / Exit, Preparation of SOPs.
• SAP Entry, Computer Working Experience.
• Disaster and crises Management.
• Computer working knowledge is must.
• Knowledge of fire fighting, equipment , fire hydrant, and maintenance of fire equipment.
• Knowledge of CCTV and modern surveillance equipment.
• Able to discharge duties in Shift and managing the security guards and monitoring deployment if required.
• Ability to handle emergency situation.
• Preferable for EX Serviceman. JCO Cadre.
• Ability to provide fire related training to all Security Guards and stake holders.
• Able to liaison with local police and other Dist fire officer.
• Having previous min 5 years working experience in the industry

• Access Exit control of Man and materials at various gate, and ability of liaising.
   Firefighting equipment maintenance & Training ability
• ASP Entry of Materials, Maintain Security Documentation, Entry / Exit, Preparation of SOPs etc. 
• CCTV Surveillance and emergency handling.
• Active Participation in disaster and crises management.                                                 
  Qualification Required:  B.Sc or equivalent
  Certification – Must have Minimum 3 Year Diploma on fire safety and management from the recognised institution.
