PF Process (CRO & Cem Mill)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 A) Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To carry out mill operation.
2. Troubleshooting of the Mill section and coordinating with all concern departments.
3. Good knowledge of SAP, PP and MS Office.
4. Know safety standard & Develop safety culture in the department.
5. To manage refractory related jobs at site during kiln shutdown and handling manpower.
6. TSR enhancement. 
7. Responsible for targeted production and reducing specific power consumption and heat consumption.

JOB SPECIFICA TION: 

Qualification :- Diploma Cement technology

Experience:- 5 to 8 years.

Nature of Experience:- Cement mill operation as well as site jobs

Essential Skills:- Mill shut down management safety standard, Handling manpower etc

Desirable skills:- SAP, ISO & MS Office knowledge

 B) Goals I KRA to be assigned:

1. To achieve targeted production with desirable quality.
2. To reduce SPC of clinker power and sp. Heat consumption of kiln.
3. To increase mill production and maintain target achieved. 
4. Maintain cement quality and best production.
5. To enhance good operation and power saving.
