1. ROM Quality management

Collect samples from Mines on daily Basis ,make a blend plan and provide to shift engineer for making pile. Assist shift incharge for machine deployment in maintaining shift quality average.

1. Mine Development

Identify & Explore new areas for Mining with the help of Datamine software as per approved Mining Plan. Modification in existing Mining Plan if required as per quality requirement. Reserve analysis & suggesting areas for land capturing/purchase for future mining.

1. Resource optimization & Reserve estimation

Compilation of data on daily basis. Update reserve figure, grade wise at the end of every year. Execute core drilling, carry out investigation, feed the data in software, prepare block model and calculate deposite reserves.

1. Compliance under statutory requirements 

Collect & compile data for filing of returns/forms, self-assessment as per guidelines of GPCB, MoEF, IBM and CGM. Submit online & offline monthly and annual returns in compliance to MCDR, MCR, GMMCR Collect & compile data for submission of Self-Assessment for limestone mines on IBM Website for 5 Star rating. Ensure the updation of in-house compliance manager

1. Operation of Weighbridge

Ensure that SSP and Printer cartridge avalilable in stock for smooth operation. Preparying a Roster for all DEO’s. Coordinate all DEO’s in every shift for issuing royalty pass as per actual weighment. Keeping daily track of Royalty – actual vs Booked.

1. Mining Lease and Statutory Permissions

Collect & compile data for Mining Plans & Mining Scheme along with progressive Mine Closure Plans preparation. Submission of compliances wrt mining plan/scheme of mining & progressive mine closure plans. Ensure that statutory payments like Surface rent, dead rent, advance royalty, District Mineral Fund (DMF), National Mineral Exploration Trust are made.

1. Safety & System implementation

• Actively engage in Sub Committee meetings / SAM / Safety Review meetings /site round at shop floor
• Prepare and comply Personal Safety Action Plan (PSAP).
• Ensure100% PCM implementation, 100% BCN/RCN recommendation compliances
• Engage in GRTs & KFA meeting to ensure Co-ordination for WCM KMFA activities
