| Supervise & coordinate all kiln electrical maintenance activities of his section to maximize the plant availability to achieve production as per targets. | |
| KRA2 | System Implementation: |
| Organize and implement ISO, EMS, OHSAS, and WCM systems in his area of operation through the involvement of people for the improvement of quality standards and productivity. | |
| KRA3 | Modification / Upgradation: |
| Identify and carryout proposals for modifications / upgradations for improvement in plant working on continuous basis in his section | |
| KRA4 | Safety & statutory compliance: |
| Carryout timely inspection of all jobs required as per Electrical Inspectorate/ statutory guidelines and ensure their timely compliance. |
