The Personal Secretary will work directly with the company's executives to manage their schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence. The role will also involve administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Strong personal assistance and executive administrative assistance skills Excellent clerical skills and experience with administrative tasks Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and executives Experience with managing schedules and arranging meetings Discretion and attention to confidentiality Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office Traveling may required Experience working in a similar role in a corporate environment is a plus
