Core Duties/Responsibilities
Data Extraction and Analysis - utilise Workday People Analytics reports and dashboards to extract relevant HR data.
Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce metrics, including in areas such as employee engagement, turnover and talent acquisition, providing reporting and analysis support to the Reward, HR and relevant leadership teams.
Insightful Storytelling - translate complex people data sets into compelling narratives that provide valuable insights to stakeholders (for example – across Compensation, DE&I or talent acquisition)
Work in concert with HR business partners to identify key workforce trends and challenges.
Predictive Analytics - implement predictive modelling techniques to forecast future workforce trends.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on predictive insights.
Dashboard Creation – Design dashboards within Workday that present key HR metrics in an accessible and user-friendly format.
Ensure dashboards align with EQ's goals and support data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement - Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics.
A good understanding of Workday security and be able to identify the appropriate changes required to support the end user running the report .
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
Proven analytical experience using Workday HCM, creating reports, dashboards and worksheets
Strong communication skills – essential to being able to convey complex insights in a concise and simple way.
Excellent analytical skills and proficient in statistical analysis
Sound knowledge of predictive analysis/machine learning techniques
Experience with People Analytics, Adaptive Planning, PRISM, PowerBI, Slides, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, and/or Integrations would be of benefit.
