AddressWe are looking for a Management Trainee in People (HR) function to support in securing a positive people experience that makes it easy for us to focus on our business and our customers
- In this role you will integrate our People (HR) team to support them in their functional tasks and achieve operational excellence with agility
- You will also implement actions and behaviors to empower the People function to perform at their very best
You will
- Work along with People Business Partners (PBP) on various projects to drive operational and functional excellence
- Operate on People Management Systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Support in analyzing people related data and production of dashboards
- Drive adherence to key people process timelines through regular information sharing
- Gain and absorb knowledge from different verticals within People function to become a process champion
- Timely deliver various tasks assigned from time-to-time and provide suggestions for improvement and innovation
To be successful in the role you must have
- MBA in HR Management or related field - 2023 batch
- Broad understanding of People (HR) Processes Disciplines Knowledge
- Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint Word)
- Good written verbal communication skills
