AddressSkill: Pega SSA Developer

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent OR Master in Computer Applications or equivalent.
6-8 years of software development experience in Pega and worked on latest version of Pega as well.
Having worked in SAFe Agile and Banking/ Card domains is added advantage.
Must have CSSA certification and LSA certified is added advantage.
Excellent technical and analytical aptitude
Good communication skills
Actively participate in the design, development, and testing of the target industry framework(s) in Pega
Review the work of junior team members and ensure it meets the required standards
Drive new business growth and customer success by providing technical expertise
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization Skills and Experience with highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individuals with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users, and IT teams.
