Pega Decision Management Developer

4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience

• Knowledge in designing and implementing decision strategy framework solutions within Pega platforms 7.x or 8.x.
• Experience in developing Strategy, Proposition, Offer flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules, adaptive or predictive or scorecard models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Marketing 7. X or Pega Marketing 8. X
• Experience in working across large customer data sets, preferably in a large telco. Runs simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy and provides input to the customer strategy group.
• Must have Pega Marketing / Decisioning certifications and Understanding of Campaign Management tools & processes.
