• Efficiently manage and execute assignments across India.
• Liaison with third-party consultants, wherever required, to undertake compliances applicable in various States in India.
• Understanding the relevant statutory enactments and carry out the compliances
• Ensure periodical filings under various labour law enactments.
• Participate in the process improvement and record-keeping program and coordinate with internal as well as cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update compliance calendar, trackers, periodical reports and repositories.
• B. Com with minimum 5 years experience
• Tech-savvy (like various ms office tools, other tools etc.)
