Passive Network

Roles & Responsibility Lead the Passive Network design, installation, testing and commissioning of airport wide outside telecommunications plant, indoor backbone and horizontal cabling for ICT network.Must have experience designing and implementing structured cabling, working with shielded and unshielded twisted pair cables, balanced twisted pair and coaxial cables for voice and video applications.Must be experienced in witnessing and accepting tests and test reports, quality management, quality control, documentation, and knowledge on OEM warranty requirements.Ability to review AutoCAD drawings, BIM Models, interpret / understand design drawings/ BIM models of EPC project which would be advantage.Work closely with the construction team to verify validate containment build/laying works at site. Experience & qualification- BE/B. Tech with specialization in IT / Electronics and Communications Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in Design, Implementation, and maintenance of Airport-Wide Telecommunications Outside Plant, Structured cabling within buildings, Fiber optic cabling and structured cabling within data centers, fiber optic cables across the Airport for various telecom services. Experience in Designing the Passive Network and related infrastructure for a greenfield airport will be an added advantage.Or diploma holders with 8 or more years of experience
