Ø Day wise production planning and control as per monthly planning.
Ø Daily and monthly machine loading plan.
Ø Find shortages according to plan and finished them.
Ø Co-ordination with other departments.
Ø Controlling defects by analysis & give countermeasure about that defect.
Ø Time & Motion study of line as well as operation
Ø Maintained record of all documents of line i.e.- 4M, machine check sheet, production sheet, poka-yoke check sheet, tool history card.etc.
Ø Give training to new joining operator as well as old operators in order to utilize the man power in a flexible manner
Ø Maintain shortfall and stock register on daily basis.
Ø Responsible for counter measures against customer complaint.
Ø Review production day/night shift to identify the shortfall reasons and plan correct and preventive action taken.
Ø Improving the productivity by reducing the quality non- conformances and rework downtimes.
Ø Responsible for preventive maintenance of machines.
