Your Role and Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products.
- Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems.
- Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services.
- Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation.
- Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice.
- Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
- Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and create roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10 + years of experience required in IS-Retail & S/4HANA FVB and at least 3-4 implementation experience in Retail space.
- Integration experienced with S/4HANA SD & MM modules.
- Hands-on SAP POSDM consultant having worked in complex interfaced landscape. Strong design and development (config) abilities and should be able to work independently.
- SAP IS Retail POSDM / CAR processes.
- Experience designing and implementing SAP IS Retail / S/4HANA FVB programs.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good Knowledge on Master Data including Article master, Site master, merchandising category, store layout module.
- Good communication skills are required to effectively engage with the client.
- Interfacing experience with POS and Omnichannel.
