As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Will play a role in Oracle CloudTime & Labour.
- Will be part of full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
- Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework
- Configure and test the applications as per business requirement
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with Minimum 5-7 years of experience
- Functional Expertise in Oracle CloudTime & Labour
- Experience in 4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with atleast 2 in T&L
- Experience in functional solutions and implement the solution framework
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in Configure and test the applications
- Good to have experience in Core HR Absence.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and organization skills; comfortable with coaching, teaching and monitoring best practices.
