In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing the future of our products by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, understanding compettitive environment and gathering valuable insights along reporting in detail with the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products align with customer needs and market demands, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market dynamics, including customer behaviors, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Product Analysis:
- Evaluate existing products and potential new offerings to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product specifications and requirements.
Customer Surveys and Feedback:
- Design and implement customer surveys to gather feedback on existing products and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze survey data to extract actionable insights and make recommendations for product enhancements.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address customer concerns and issues.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches.
- Identify competitive advantages and opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide regular reports on competitive landscape changes and potential threats.
Qualifications:
- Deploma/Degree.
- Willing to Travel.
- Experience in market survey or related posts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Hindi & English.
