Responsibilities:
- To produce ceiling fan and TPW fans as per desired cycle time
- Better aesthetic of products through process improvements and leveraging latest updated machinery.
- Overall quality at par or even better than competition benchmark.
- Implementation of best manufacturing practices like TQM, TPM, Lean and 6 Sigma across all functions of factory.
- Successful implementation of MES and digitization across factory.
- Coordination with VD, R&D, quality, production and purchase for designing specs suitable for automation.
- TPM Based maintenance culture for preventive and predictive maintenance.
- To maintain RM inventory on planned designed JIT System.
- Responsible for factory contribution in terms of Variable and Fixed cost and deliver desired saving per fan in comparison to Faridabad and Kolkata.
