Outlet Store allocation and merchandizing Management

Order allocation for Retail stores

Channel Management: Partner Management, Claims Management, AFS FOFO monthly working, Process Management

NSO Management: NSO opening, code creation, allocation, stock management

Stock availability: 

• Ensure store requirement & queries are handled and reverted within timelines
• Independent category analysis which helps find out gaps which can be addressed for improving business in respective categories

PPM and Retail Inventory Management: Inwards tracking for category and keeping retail location clean of unwanted inventory

Smooth transition to AFS FOFO: 100% Conversion of network to AFS FOFO. Monthly working to be prepared

Qualifications:
