Must have skills : Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture Good to have skills : No Function Specialization Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :Minimum 15 years of full-time education Key Reponsibilities :A: Maintain and configure Oracle Utilities Customer Care and BillingB: Performing package deployments in CCBC: Applying CCB Service Packs SP and Patches for Utilities Framework and CCBD: Configuring and Administering CCB Thread pool workerE: Closely monitoring the jobs for its performance and successful completionF: Providing 24/7 Production support for CCBG: Application and database 8-Performing CCB, Cloning/Refresh of CCB Development/UAT instances from Production for testing purposes Technical Experience :A: Must have Applying recommended Oracle Patches for CCB Application and databaseB: Working closely with data migration team and assisting them with data migrationC: Working closely with Oracle support for the critical issuesD: Possessing Good Knowledge of CCB architecture and conceptsE: Responsible of maintaining different versions of Oracle database across various Operating systems Weblogic administration and upgrade Professional Attributes : A: Good communication skillB: Good Presentation and Analytical skillsCan consider across location profiles, but resource should be flexible to travel client locationNA
