Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and relevant aspects of the existing business system processes then design technical software specifications.
- Create and enhance CEMLIs to solve specific business requirements.
- Respond to, and solve, technical questions and issues. Understand technical functioning of specific areas of the enterprise business systems.
- Analysis & development within our Oracle environment using EBS applications to enable eCommerce automation between our partners and our ERP systems.
- Collaboration within our business and IT teams globally
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Oracle development experience using PL/SQL, +++
- Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Applications such as:
- Inventory
- Order Management
- Purchasing
- Financials
Preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite) Order Management, Shipping Execution, or other applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams and vendors
- Experience writing business & technical requirement specifications, test cases.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; strong attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences, including presentation skills; strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem-solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to organize workload, prioritize, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across business and IT team members.
