To be in Customer office and be a technical support the customer in and operating Optimising PCP wells on Field. Understanding the operational needs of the client and provide technical help to the client on their performance of existing running wells. Carry out preliminary failure analysis, identify the preliminary root cause and provide effective solutions for the same. Should be able to design simulate and analyse PCP and SRP wells. Have An understanding of PCP Artificial lift systems and should be experienced in using well simulation software as well such as CFER and Rodstar.

  • Consultating client on Operating PCP wells in Bhgyam field.
  • Understanding and Monitrong Key well parameters of PCP wells and analyse their performance.
  • Evaluting PCP trends and thereafter analysing PCP wells and optmising performance for the better run life of the Wells.
  • Focused on technical support for the key clients & projects.
  • Promote product and services, identify new markets and look for opportunities to expand and evolve existing markets.
  • Support Project start-ups, Plan and coordinate training as required by Product line strategy.
  • Liaise closely with Wetherford teams and communicate the technical challenges & support requirements.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Be a communication Link between Customer and the Weatherford Team.
  • Handling of additional equipment such as test bench and autoclave.
  • Testing of elastomer samples and pulled out PC Pumps
  • SRP and SRP downhole pump and surface related issues to be analyed and reported.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas. Fostering an environment where innovation, entrepreneurship and courage are valued and encouraged
  • Ensure that that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are the responsibility.
  • Partner with Region operations to ensure effective sloutions to technical problems related to PCP.
  • To be at client office and support in technical difficluties.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding product

  • B.Tech/Petroleum B.Tech preferred with 3-6 years of application engineer experinence, if not then the candidate should have B.Tech plus 3-5 years in PCP field experience.
  • Should be famalier with ALS Well Simulation sofwares.
  • Knowledge of C-Fer./ Basic Understanding/ Quick learner of Simulation software.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel.
  • Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers.
