This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Team Member. The Operations Team Member will be responsible for ensuring the company's day-to-day activities run smoothly. This includes overseeing operations management, data analytics, and project management. The role is located in Kanpur, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills including verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Operations Management experience
• Project Management experience
• Adept at Multitasking and Prioritizing
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a similar field is preferred
