Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Debit Cards-Attending Phone Calls from branches, Daily MIS,Capturing of data (Checking & Validation), Printing & downloading of Reports (Soft Copy)
• Netbanking-Raising/ Responding / Solving queries received by mails,Attending Phone Calls from branches, Daily MIS,Capturing of data (Checking & Validation),Printing & downloading of Reports (Soft Copy
• Filing and Despatch to Vendor for storage,Scanning of documents/agreements for Net Banking,Receiving of Stationary from Vendor Partners,Despatch of Shipments to couriers
• PINS-Data Entry linked with Application Forms, ROD in Excel for MIS, Regeneration of PIN ,ROD Preparation, Dispatch - Segregation branch wise – PINS, Tally of I – PINS (daily basis) Attending Branch
• Printing of I – PINS & Debit Card PINS ,Dispatch of Cards/ PINS/ IPINs/ Refund DDs - ATM/Debit Cards, Net Banking and Prepaid Cards, Printing of ATM/Debit Card PINS – Pins Units
• Receiving of Stationery from Vendor Partners,Dispatch of Shipments to couriers
• PREPAID CARDS (Forex / INR / Settlements) & Fastag -Attending Branch Calls foe queries, Raising/ Responding / Solving queries received by mails, Attending Phone Calls from branches
• Capturing of data (Checking & Validation),Dispatch of DDs ,Filing and Despatch to Vendor for storage ,Handling Inward and Outward courier, Downloading the Reports from the Module for Posting & reports

Additional Responsibilities:

• Debit Cards-Printing Letters to Customers – Retention & Tatkal,Checking of DCMS reports for providing inputs to Card Production Team for support in card dispatch.
• Netbanking-Despatch of Shipments to couriers,Sorting, Stuffing and Verification of Shipments,Dispatching, Scanning and Tracking of GST Invoices for BBPS/Direct PAY Product.
• PINS-Dispatch of Shipments to couriers ,Sorting, Stuffing and Verification of Shipments/PINs,,Request Capturing in System (DCMS)
• PREPAID CARDS (Forex / INR / Settlements) & Fastag -Preparation of card settlement vouchers and uploading them on Flexcube / YSE and downloading and filing of relevant reports.
• LRS / PAN / ITR Validations – Maker .
