Position description:
Operations - Officer - CMS
Primary Responsibilities:
- COLLECTION:-Receive Cheques and other negotiable instrumen Branches for outstation collectionts from Customers &
- Put crossing & endorsement stamp on the instruments Sort them according to products
- Make batches and handover to the product units for processing Entering the Data in Cashin
- Follow up with Corr bank & drawee Banks for proceeds / Return Filing the pay slips & sending the same to OEC record maintenance instrument if any
- PAYMENTS/E-PAYMENTS:-Data entry for ACH ,DC & Vostro,Dispatch FIRC & DDs to beneficiaries / clients Attending customer queries
- AT PAR:-Entering the details of agreement in the system Assisting the branches in clearing the discrepant instruments
- Receiving the paid warrants from the branches/customers,Forwarding the same to respective vendor for providing paid/unpaid details
- Preparing reconciliation statements as required by the company
- Forwarding the reconciliation statements to the clients Attending customers’ queries
- Checking the funding in the Bank accounts Call for the balance from the Correspondent Banks
- FIG OPERATIONS:-Receiving RBI Bonds from the customer and process for redemption Reply to customer’s queries.
- Receive TAX Challans from various Branches and forwarding to RBI Receiving IPO forms and processing the same.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow up with branches for ASBA Final Certificate and non ASBA Provisional Certificate
- Follow up with branches for daily reporting of rights / debt issues
- Follow up with branches for despatch of BTI application forms
